Penn's Woods issue #1 Prologue pages 1, 2 and 3

It's the year 1840 and a rugged and road-weary man walks into young Rachel's inn. He begins to spin her a tale of his travels and of the many folks that have made his life beautiful and of the ones that nearly destroyed his life.

Issue #1 is a brief introduction to the main players of my brain child, Penn's Woods.

I did this stint of 20+ pages back in the year 2009 so the art may be a bit outdated and rough. I would love to redo these one day but Oh well.

First post here in a few years. As you can see from my very old and embarrassing comic pages from 2007-2008, this picture is hopefully a bit of an improvement.

Istas is playing cupid with Tom (who has a commitment issue).
